1. Financial Terms and Reservation

2. Kitten Obligations and Warranties
These terms summarize the health and responsibility agreements between the Cattery and the Adopter.
- Health Guarantee: The Cattery provides an initial 72-hour infectious disease guarantee and a one-year hereditary/congenital defect warranty. These terms are fully outlined on the [Health Guarantee Page] and are contingent upon the Adopter meeting specific requirements.
- Veterinarian Check: The Adopter MUST have the kitten examined by a licensed, non-emergency veterinarian within 72 hours of pickup/delivery. Failure to complete this check voids the entire Health Guarantee.
- Spay/Neuter Agreement: All kittens are sold as companion pets and MUST be spayed or neutered by the Adopter within the timeframe specified in the full Adoption Contract (typically before 6-8 months of age). Proof of sterilization from a licensed veterinarian is required.
3. Pickup and Delivery Logistics
- Pick-Up Date: Kittens are ready to go home between 10 and 13 weeks of age. The final date is announced when the kittens are 8–9 weeks old.
- Late Fee: If the Adopter fails to pick up the kitten on the agreed-upon date without prior arrangement, a boarding fee of $50 per day will be assessed.
- Shipping: Shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the Adopter. We offer regional door-to-door delivery and nationwide air travel through approved pet nannies. All details are on the [Adoption Process Page].
- No Visiting Policy: For the safety and health of our cats, we do not allow public visits to our home or cattery prior to the scheduled pickup date.
4. Acceptance of Terms
